1. Eligibility for Refunds

   • You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

   • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

   • Certain beauty and personal care items (such as skincare, makeup, or opened cosmetics) are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

   • Go to My Account → Orders and select the order you wish to return.

   • Click “Request Refund” or “Request Return” and provide a brief reason.

   • Once your request is reviewed by the vendor, you’ll receive confirmation and return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

   • Unless otherwise stated, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

   • Please ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Processing Your Refund

   • Once the vendor receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

   • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• In case of conflict, the vendor’s policy will take precedence.

🚫 Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, refunds cannot be issued for:

• Opened skincare or makeup products

• Items marked as “Final Sale”

• Digital or downloadable beauty guides

• Gift cards or promotional vouchers
